Aside from being a Team Player with a demonstrated track record of 5+ years of successful experience in an ad agency or corporate design department, the best candidate with have great skills in the following areas:

• Writing copy for print ads, direct mail, email, web, and collateral
• Determining concepting strategy
• Create headlining/messaging strategy
• Develop compelling copy as outlined in creative brief
• Copy editing
• Supporting Account Managers
• Working with clients

The successful candidate must have a Passion for writing, and be Personally Committed to meeting deadlines. Thus, great communications and time management skills are essential.
